What we do with your data

All personal information held by London Museums of Health & Medicine (LMHM) will be held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, 2018.

LMHM collects data pertaining to members’ details including e-mail addresses or contact details.

Contact details for enquirers via the LMHM website are only shared with members and those with access to the mailing list with permission from the enquirer.

Why we need to collect and use your data

LMHM maintains information about members in order to process annual subscription invoices as well as to maintain contact with staff at each member organisation for the purposes of promotion, updates and dealing with public enquiries via the LMHM website.

Who we share your data with outside LMHM

LMHM does not share data outside of the committee and its members apart from enquirer’s contact details.

How long we keep your data and why

LMHM collects and holds financial records for a period of up to 7 years. The records of committee and general group meetings are held as a historical record of LMHM activities in the public interest. All enquiries to the website are deleted once the enquiry has been passed to members.
