Royal London Hospital Museum

The London Hospital (now the Royal London Hospital), founded in 1740, became Britain’s largest voluntary hospital, and remains one of London’s largest hospitals.

Objects from the museum collections, including the majority of the objects formerly on display, are accessible for research at Barts Health NHS Trust Archives. You can search the catalogue online to identify objects of interest and contact us to make an appointment. You can find out more about booking appointments here.
